Due to growth this is a newly created role, you will be supported by an experienced customer service team and a supportive Manager. The focus of this role is to establish a strong rapport with key clients including those in restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, retailers, catering companies, hotels, schools, hospitals from Kaitaia to Bluff promoting a range of fine frozen foods and snacks.
The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes:
- A can-do attitude and a hunger to succeed in a high-volume calling role
- Proven experience in an Outbound Telesales role (2 years+).
- The ability to work well autonomously yet also be a strong team player
- Highly target and goal driven
