Reporting to the founding Managing Director and the COO you will be part of the Executive team and be responsible for enhancing performance and organisational connection, and continuing to lead and drive their strong culture of engagement and health and safety systems. Newly created role due to rapid growth;
Responsibilities include being the first point of contact for HR, providing advice and support to the Managing Director and the Executive team, employee advocacy and staff engagement, health and safety, the full range of HR disciplines working across the complete employee life-cycle and best practice excellence. You will be expected to champion a strong wellness culture across the organisation.
Aside from having sound generalist HR, health and safety and employment relations skills and experience you will have a passion for innovative technology. You will be highly motivated and have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and thrive on going the extra mile. Working alongside a passionate, committed and hardworking team, you must be able to think strategically and have a commitment to continuous improvement.
