In this newly created role of Project Administrator you will be assisting and supporting a few key team members undertaking a comprehensive range of administration and projects, such functions will incorporate: construction development, supplier negotiations, building due diligence, lease negotiation documentation, oversee refurbishments and relocations, budget and project management through to ensuring the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

You will have strong business acumen, ooze confidence and competence and be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be results focused, driven, have a natural ability to foster strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders throughout NZ, think outside the square and be extremely resourceful.
