We are looking for a proactive Finance Annuities Business Partner who enjoys working with numbers, systems, suppliers, and internal stakeholders — and who brings a solutions‑focused mindset to every challenge.
As Finance Annuities Business Partner, you will play a key role in ensuring annuity renewals are managed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitor and communicate renewal requirements for new and expiring annuities
- Ensure sales orders and customer invoices are raised ahead of renewal periods
- Identify compliance, contract, pricing, or terms‑related issues
- Validate costs and aligning supplier orders with customer sales orders
- Provide reporting to internal teams
- Manage relationships with vendor partners and navigate supplier portals
- Using internal systems and creating workflows to improve efficiency
To be successful in this role we are seeking a like-minded team player who is:
- Detail‑driven finance professional with strong numeracy, literacy, and reconciliation skills
- Experience with annuity or license income processes (advantageous)
- High competency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- A customer‑centric approach with a willingness to go the extra mile
