Reporting directly to the Product/Merchandise Manager, you are responsible for supporting the team with administration such as data entry, managing excel spread sheets and customer service in the business to business space. If you have experience in working in a franchise or co-operative business, with previous product experience then this the roll for you!  Bring your skillset and add value to this small supportive team that will allow you to grow your career in a family friendly environment.

This varied and busy role will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Product database management
  • Managing supplier emails and correspondence
  • Co-ordinating monthly mailer campaigns
  • First point of contact for supplier queries
  • Supporting the team to complete and meet deadlines
  • Administration, to include a lot of Excel
  • Improve daily processes
  • Maintain good relationships with internal businesses

The skills and experience required for this role are:

  • Previous 2 years administration experience in ‘Product’ space
  • Experience within a product administration role
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excel whizz with good VLookup and Pivot Table experience
  • Positive can-do-will-do attitude
  • Previous experience proofing and formatting documents and catalogues
  • Great time management and ability to meet all deadlines
  • Proactive and able to think outside the box
  • Fast and accurate typing skills
  • Be a team player who is friendly and fun
