You will assist and support the Practice Manager and the team of Lawyers undertaking a range of administration functions on their behalf, whilst ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently.  Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Practice Manager and Lawyers; being their support person
  • Answer phones, meet and greet clients
  • Dictaphone typing (training provided)
  • Open and close client files
  • Load settlement payments
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Order stationery and office supplies
  • Administration
