Within this Personal Assistant role, you will be assisting and supporting 2 x Sales Reps whose territory between them cover mid-North to mid-South Island. They require an experienced Personal Assistant who is a natural at multi-tasking, has exceptional skills and experience organising complex diaries and thrives undertaking a bustling workload. Duties and responsibilities associated to this role include:
- Assist and support the x 2 Sales Reps: being their right hand-person
- Complex diary management
- Follow up action points and tasks from the Sales Reps meetings
- Database management
- Co-ordination of travel and accommodation
- Preparation of spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Liaise with clients about orders, quotes, equipment enquires and requests
- Process orders
- Trouble shoot and problem solve
Possessing strong Personal Assistant, co-ordination and administration skills and experience is essential as with: having the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, making good use of your initiative, nous and common sense, being highly organised, thinking outside the square creating innovative solutions, being self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and professional. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
