Your role as a Business Development Manager:

  • Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to uncover their business travel challenges.
  • Craft and deliver compelling RFPs that lead to new sales opportunities.
  • Utilize multiple communication channels—email, phone, LinkedIn, in-person meetings, events, and marketing campaigns—to build relationships and generate leads.
  • Develop strong, lasting relationships that open the door to exciting business opportunities.
  • Identify industry-specific challenges and show how our solutions can drive success.
  • Lead insightful conversations that influence decision-makers and shape their travel strategies.
  • Connect with various influencers within organizations to create a holistic and strategic prospecting approach.

  • Proven experience as a Travel Consultant with a deep understanding of the travel industry.
  • A passion for helping clients turn “I don’t want it” into “I need it now.”
  • Dynamic, results-driven, and quick on your feet—able to make decisions confidently.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and pragmatic—able to overcome challenges and stay focused on results.
  • A natural communicator, skilled in building rapport and influencing business leaders.
