Clear ERP Help Desk Support Agent

They have 27 retail distributors throughout New Zealand from Northland to the deep of the South Island.

Your role will be to manage the Clear ERP Help Desk enquiries to meet the expectations of the Service Level Agreement within the dealership network. Investigate and resolution of Level 1 and Level 2 problems and escalation of Level 3 problems. Key duties and responsibilities will incorporate:

  • Ensure all support calls are logged and a priority has been allocated
  • Ensure all Level 1 and Level 2 support calls are resolved timely
  • Ensure all calls are followed up with the user before calls are closed
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the National Support Office IT Help desk
  • Clear installations and rollouts as required
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve
  • Prepare monthly reports of help desk performance
  • Maintain user access, providing appropriate access levels and rights for systems servers, workstations, e-mail users

To be successful in this role of Clear ERP Help Desk Support Agent we are seeking the following skills, experience, and qualities:

  • ERP experience in Level 2 IT and Help Desk
  • Good working knowledge of Hardware/Software (Microsoft products)
  • Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers
  • Knowledge of VPN & RDP connections
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to organise priorities and effectively manage own time
  • Demonstrate a logical approach to problem solving
  • Team oriented
  • Works with accuracy and care
