Retail / Grocery management role with no weekend work! Be gone of working weekends! In this role of Co-Store Manager, you will be required to work Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm. You will be working for a family owned and operated business which sells to the public a range of dried and frozen grocery items.

In this role of Co-Store Manager, you will be overseeing and managing the day to day operations of this boutique grocery store in conjunction with another Store Manager. Between the two of you, you will both manage the store being responsible for various departments within the store. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Staff management – recruitment, training and development, performance management, and rosters
- Manage the ‘freezer’ department
- Customer service, serving the customers
- Problem solving and trouble shooting
- Inventory
- Ordering of stock
- Daily and weekly promotions
- Online marketing initiatives
- Ensure appropriate rotation of stock
- Maintain OSH compliance
- Health & safety
- Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Ensure the store operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently
This is a busy, varied and diverse role; everyday will offer its own unique challenges. To be successful in this role we are seeking a hands-on Manager who will lead and develop the team. You will need to have strong retail / grocery management experience having managed staff, stock and inventory along with stock display, location and rotation. You will need to be a quick thinker, thrive working in a fast paced role and environment and most importantly takes responsibility, ownership and accountability for your role and actions.
