As the Executive Assistant you will be the right-hand person providing dedicated support to the CEO.  This is a busy, varied, diverse and demanding role which in return offers great job satisfaction, reward and is hugely fulfilling.

Everyday will offer its own unique point of difference, it is an ever-changing environment catering to the wellbeing and needs of its people / whanau.  Within this role of Executive Assistant, the duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the CEO; being their right-hand person ensuring best of time
  • Comprehensive diary, email and travel management
  • Preparation of meetings, taking of minutes and following up action points
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO, contribute to discussions and decisions
  • Prepare reports, documents and presentations
  • Stakeholder engagement; primary point of contact
  • Gate keeper
  • Project work
  • Event management
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve (go to person)
  • Handle confidential and highly sensitive information

This Executive Assistant role is renowned as being the ‘go to person’, you are the one who makes things happen, has your finger on the pulse, is in the know of what is going on around you, along with being the eyes and ears for the CEO.  To succeed in this ‘hands on’ Executive Assistant role you will have an exceptionally sharp eye for detail, be quick thinking, astute, have good initiative and be intuitive, with strong prioritisation skills and the inherent ability to multi-task a busy workload. You will have strong cultural and emotional intelligence / EQ.
