Executive Assistant to Director

Due to growth and development this is a newly created Executive Assistant role to assist and support the Director.  People are at the heart of this organisation’s continued growth and success. As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will be undertaking his administration onus allowing him to focus on the strategic elements of his role.  The associated duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Director; being their right-hand person
  • Diary, email, and travel management
  • Prepare reports, documents, presentations
  • Project work; be the newly implemented ERP system super user
  • Event management
  • Prepare meetings, take minutes, follow up action points
  • Stakeholder engagement; primary point of contact

Your efficiency, ability to pre-empt the needs of the Director, professionalism, attention to detail and calmness under pressure will be well received and valued in this role.   The role itself will be busy, challenging and varied, so your broad skill set, sound technical skills and multitasking abilities will be well utilised.
