As Front of House Administrator, you will assist and support the surrounding teams undertaking a varied range of duties and responsibilities, whilst ensuring the office operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Meet and greet visitors, answering of the phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Meeting room preparation
  • Event preparation
  • Administration
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Health & Safety committee member
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly

Possessing proven reception and administration skills and experience is essential as with having the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, make good use of your initiative, nous, and common sense, being organised, professional, and motivated. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
