Looking to progress to a PA?

Working in an Onehunga based law firm you will receive full training from a Senior PA and be trained up to become a professional Legal Personal Assistant. You will have a few years administration experience gained working in a professional environment, along with the desire to learn and excel as a Personal Assistant.

The responsibilities and duties in this role include:

  • Assisting with the preparation of a wide range of legal documents and correspondence
  • Dictaphone and copy typing documents and letters
  • Client database management
  • General practice management assistance
  • Preparation of reports
  • Being the “go-to” person for any I.T. related issues – computer and mobile phones
  • Assisting the team and providing backup support as and when required

The skills and experience required for this role include:

  • A desire and willingness to develop your skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience using Microsoft Office and the ability to pick up systems quickly
  • Previous administration experience in a professional environment
  • Fantastic written and verbal communication skills
  • Be highly organised, with fantastic time management skills
  • Be a team player with a positive and willing attitude
  • Be able to ensure confidentiality is maintained
  • Be well presented, with a confident outgoing nature
