Legal Receptionist

Must have excellent communication skills, professional phone manner and be organised. Bring your friendly personality to support this respected legal firm. They are on the search for a great communicator, multi-tasker with a positive can-do attitude!

Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Manage meeting rooms
  • Email management
  • Open and close legal files
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Ordering of stationery and office supplies
  • Assist the Practice Manager with administration tasks
  • Typing documents
  • Update client files
  • Administration

Must have a professional telephone manner, great communication skills, well-presented and at least 2 years previous experience as a Receptionist, along with:

  • 2 years previous Customer Service or Reception experience
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and experience of cloud file management
  • Professional and well presented with a helpful, courteous manner
  • Computer literate and quick to pick up new systems and applications
  • Fast and accurate typing skills, with a good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised and diligent
  • Good at multitasking
