Litigation Solicitor

This respected legal firm is requiring the skills of a driven Litigation Solicitor, to deliver the best outcomes and exceptional quality to all clients!

This is a great opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with 2 to 4 years PQE, who is looking to be mentored by a high achieving litigation partner, whilst working with a supportive, collaborative team.

Duties and responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Meeting with our prestigious client base
  • Meet with other legal representatives
  • Manage client cases
  • Court appearance and mediation meetings
  • Preparation of court documentation
  • Legal research
  • Email management

This role requires a professional, ambitious, driven, organised, multi-tasker, with a positive can-do attitude and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Must be well-presented this is not negotiable! Only applicants with at least 2 -4 years previous Litigation experience in New Zealand Law firm will be considered.
