We are seeking a professional, proactive, and highly organised Office Experience Manager to lead the delivery of an exceptional workplace experience across the Australian and New Zealand offices. This is a key leadership role overseeing office operations, administration staff, supplier relationships, and workplace projects including office moves and fit-outs. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all office locations
  • Lead and support the Administration team, ensuring high performance and service consistency
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance review
  • Coordinate office relocations, refurbishments, and fit-out projects
  • Maintain and improve office systems, processes, policies, and workplace standards
  • Day to day administration support for the Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin offices
  • Act as the key escalation point for office operations and liaise with internal departments
  • Support travel management, internal events, and workplace communications

  • Strong supplier/vendor negotiation skills
  • Experience with office moves, refurbishments, or fit-outs
