We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to support this high-performing, innovative, and fast-paced organisation. You will be responsible for the administration team across NZ and Australia, providing leadership, guidance, and mentoring whilst undertaking a multi-faceted array of administrative functions. The range of duties and responsibilities will incorporate:
- Staff management; leadership, guidance, and mentoring
- Process improvement; streamlining systems and processes optimizing efficiency
- Event management and project work
- Review suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Oversee office maintenance NZ and Australia
- Day to day administration support for the Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin offices
- Ensure the offices in NZ and Australia operate smoothly, efficiently and effectively
- Management of consumables
- Assist and support the SLT with initiatives and projects
- Health and safety
- Administration
- Trouble shoot and problem solve
This role of Office Manager is renowned as being the ‘go to person’, you are the one who makes things happen, has your finger on the pulse and is in the know of what is going on around the NZ and Australian offices. To succeed in this Office Manager role, you will have proven staff management experience with an exceptionally sharp eye for detail, be quick thinking, be astute and business savvy, have good initiative and be intuitive, with strong prioritisation skills and the inherent ability to multi-task a busy workload.
