Operations Assistant

This Operations Assistant role is a great opportunity to put your Banking and Administration skill set to full utilisation.  You will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Investment teams in the management and servicing of existing client relationships, and work on company-wide initiatives and projects. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for customer enquires
  • Update and maintain the website with unity pricing and marketing collateral
  • Assist with client pitches
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Monthly invoicing
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Project work
  • AML control and customer due diligence
  • Compliance
  • Administration
