This role assists and supports the team undertaking a magnitude of duties and responsibilities ensuring their day operates smoothy, effectively, and efficiently. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Attend the weekly Monday 9am online team meeting
  • Diary management, co-ordinate meetings between clients, candidates, and consultants
  • Preparation of meetings, source venues
  • Document management
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Preparation of proposals (templated), reports, client and candidate packs, interview guides and documents
  • Loading of advertisements online
  • Candidate communication updates
  • Administration
  • Respond to enquiries and emails

Possessing strong administration skills and experience is essential as with having the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, maturity, makes good use of your initiative, nous, and common sense; highly organised, thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions, self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and professional. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
