Having a proven Personal Assistant career within Legal or Chartered Accounting sectors will see you excel in this role.  In this Personal Assistant role, you will be undertaking a multi-faceted range of functions, including Personal Assistant duties for the Directors coupled with AML, compliance and administrative functions.  Everyday will be busy and varied.

By you taking responsibility, accountability, and ownership for your role will ensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently and effectively enabling the company to meet their business objectives.  In this role of Personal Assistant, you will undertake a varied range of duties, including:

  • Provide administration support to Directors, management and team
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Report preparation, format proposals and presentations
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain the website and database
  • Project work
  • Streamline systems, processes and procedures
  • AML
  • Ensure compliance is adhered to
  • Update and maintain records with outside agencies
  • Administration
