This role requires an experienced Personal Assistant who is a natural at multi-tasking, has exceptional skills and experience organising complex diaries and thrives undertaking a busy workload. Duties and responsibilities associated to this role include:
- Assist and support the Sales Executives; being their right hand-person
- Complex diary management
- Follow up action points and tasks from meetings
- Database management
- Co-ordinate travel and accommodation bookings
- Prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
- Liaise with clients about orders, quotes, equipment enquires and requests
- Process orders
- Trouble shoot and problem solve
You will have a flexible, adaptable, willing, and can-do attitude, whilst being well organised with a natural flair for multi-tasking. You will also think outside the square creating innovative solutions, have a strong work ethic, be deadline driven, self-motivated, and self-managing.
