This role assists and supports the Directors undertaking a varied range of duties and responsibilities, whilst ensuring their day operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently. The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Directors with a range of administration functions
  • Diary and email management
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • Prepare meetings, take minutes
  • Prepare, format, and edit documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Administration
  • Event co-ordination
  • On-board new clients
  • Ensure the Director’s day operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently

Possessing strong administration skills and experience is essential as with having the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, making good use of your initiative, nous, and common sense. We are looking for someone who is organised, thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions, is self-managing and motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and professional. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
