To be successful in this autonomous role, you will exhibit a track record as a hands-on and commercially minded Personal Assistant / Office Manager where you bring initiative, attention to detail, a customer focus and resourcefulness to achieve timely outcomes. First class communication, presentation and influencing skills will be required in addition to exceptional administrative skills.
This is a key position and will be influential within the business. You will be in charge of day-to-day office management, provide Personal Assistant support to senior management, take charge of events and provide project administration support. As Personal Assistant / Office Manager you will be undertake a varied, diverse, and interesting range of functions including:
- Work alongside the senior management undertaking and managing all day-to-day administrative functions allowing them to focus on strategic matters
- Office management
- Diary and travel management
- Attend meetings, take minutes
- Take an active involvement within the business, contributing to discussions and decisions
- Onboard new staff
- Event management
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, reports, and documents
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
- Project work
