Correct, you have the choice to work from home or at the South Auckland branch or you could choose to work at the Head Office in Tauranga.  The choice of work location is yours.

This role requires an experienced Personal Assistant who is a natural at multi-tasking, has exceptional skills and experience organising complex diaries and thrives undertaking a busy workload.  Duties and responsibilities associated to this role include:

  • Assist and support the Sales Executives; being their right hand-person
  • Complex diary management
  • Follow up action points and tasks from meetings
  • Database management
  • Co-ordinate travel and accommodation bookings
  • Prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Liaise with clients about orders, quotes, equipment enquires and requests
  • Process orders
  • Administration
  • Trouble shoot and problem solve

You will have a flexible, adaptable, willing, and can-do attitude, whilst being well organised with a natural flair for multi-tasking.  You will also think outside the square creating innovative solutions, have a strong work ethic, be deadline driven, self-motivated, and self-managing.
