Practice Co-ordinator – Leadership Development

This team is highly regarded and respected for delivering crafted leadership development programmes and workshops.  They tailor programmes to best suit clients and their organisation’s goals. Pioneering leadership development delivering paths for growth, along with various development, mentoring, and coaching programmes.

Supporting two exceptional executives undertaking a varied and busy role focussing on co-ordinating and facilitating leadership development coaching, development programmes, workshops along with assessment co-ordination.  Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Diary, email, and travel management
  • Co-ordination and facilitation of multiple client meetings and client workshops
  • Stakeholder engagement
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations and reports
  • Format and edit documentation
  • Prepare, order, collate, and send out leadership development materials
  • Invoice
  • Administration
  • Administer and co-ordinate assessments

To be successful in this role we are seeking a slick Personal Assistant / Co-ordinator who is: proactive, results driven, adheres to high standards and expectations, thinks quickly on their feet, solution orientated, applies a sense of urgency, team player, professional, and highly competent.

After the training period has been completed, you can work 3 days a week in the city office and 2 days a week WFH.  What a great balance!
