To succeed in this role, you will need to hit the ground running with proven administration and project management skills and experience ideally having worked in the IT, Professional Services, Construction and or Software industry. You will be very quick on the uptake, be able to work effectively, efficiently and autonomously, be good at making decisions, resilient, pragmatic, resourceful and renowned for being a great networker.
In this role of Project Administrator, you will be assisting and supporting Project Managers undertaking a comprehensive range of administration and projects, such functions will incorporate: resource allocation, setting up of projects, tracking project progress and status, customer liaison, documentation management, reporting, administration, budget and project management through to ensuring the department operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently.
You will have strong business acumen, ooze confidence and competence and be able to effectively and efficiently manage multiple projects at any one time. You will be results focused, driven, have a natural ability to foster strong professional working relationships with key stakeholders, think outside the square and be extremely resourceful.
