Receptionist / Team Administrator

This organisation needs a Receptionist / Team Administrator who is competent, confident, with a can-do and willing attitude to assist and support the team undertaking a varied range of administration and reception tasks.  Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the team undertaking administration functions on their behalf
  • Meet and greet visitors, answering of the phone in a professional and timely manner
  • Meeting room preparation
  • Event preparation
  • Administration
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Health & Safety committee member
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly, effectively, and efficiently

To be successful in this role, you will have proven reception and administration skills and experience along with the ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, make good use of your initiative, nous, and common sense, are organised, professional, and motivated. And most importantly having an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable, and flexible attitude.
