About the role
Fantastic opportunity as an experienced Travel Consultant to join this bespoke leading boutique Travel Agency specialising in tailored European travel services. You will be well travelled throughout Croatia and Europe and in return they are offering you a fantastic opportunity to accelerate you travel expertise to the next level.
In this role you will be required to
- Increase and maintain your own client portfolio
- Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone and email
- Be passionate about creating great travel experiences for your clients
- Put together travel packages to meet the needs of customers
Skills and experience
- Sound Knowledge of Amedeus and Microsoft packages
- Two years’ experience in Retail Travel sales
- A desire to exceed
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Passionate about travel
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience in creating and delivering exceptional travel requirements with a strong service ethic. You will think outside the box, create innovative solutions, and enjoy being part of a small, high performing team.
