Site Delivery / Dispatch / Service Co-ordinator

This job certainly has it all…. staff co-ordination / leadership, dispatch, planning, problem solving, admin through to ensuring the building product is delivered throughout the greater Auckland and Waikato region. What more could you want???

You will be juggling a number of tasks at any one time; co-ordinating the day’s deliveries, fleet and staff resources, problem solving / troubleshooting, ensuring the delivery of building product to site is completed timely and accurately. In your role you will be undertaking a wide range of duties and responsibilities:

  • Liaising internally and externally
  • Resource allocation
  • Plan and monitor daily work schedules
  • Co-ordination of orders and deliveries for the coming days
  • Document management
  • Administration
  • Receive and allocate orders for appropriate delivery
  • Maintain service level agreements
