Site Delivery Planner

The role of Site Delivery Planner plans the deliveries of building product Auckland wide for the upcoming day, days and week in advance along with overseeing the execution of the delivery.  The role incorporates: staff allocation and co-ordination, leadership, dispatch, planning, problem solving, through to ensuring the building product is delivered throughout greater Auckland in a timely, effective and efficient manner. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising internally and externally
  • Resource allocation
  • Plan and monitor daily work schedules
  • Co-ordinate orders and deliveries for the coming days
  • Document management
  • Administration
  • Receive and allocate orders for appropriate delivery
  • Maintain service level agreements
