This role assists and supports the surrounding IT team undertaking a varied array of duties and responsibilities, ensuring the department / team operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently. The range of duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the team with a range of administration functions
  • Log and assign client jobs with consultants
  • Update clients with the status of their jobs and projects
  • Prepare, format, and edit documentation and reports
  • Database – update and maintain
  • Administration
  • Problem solve and trouble shoot

Possessing strong customer service ethos and administration skills, experience is essential as is having a fun sense of humour, an ability to pre-empt the needs of others around you, a good use of your initiative, nous and common sense. You need to be highly organised, able to think outside the square to create innovative solutions, motivated, deadline driven, hardworking and most importantly have an exceptional can do, willing, adaptable and flexible attitude.
