Travel Consultant

To allow this boutique team of successful travel agents achieve optimum results they need the assistance and support of an efficient individual who has had exposure to the travel industry (Wholesale, Corporate or Retail) to assist and support them in undertaking booking domestic travel along with a comprehensive range of administration functions. You will be kept busy in this role undertaking a varied range of tasks from: contacting airlines, hotels and clients; book travel; order stationery and supply’s; update and maintain various databases; research travel and entertainment options; respond to enquiries; document itinerary’s; process payments; put travel wallets together through to ensuring the office operates smoothly, effectively and efficiently.

Proven travel industry knowledge, skills and experience is essential for this role as with a can do and willing attitude, strong eye for noting detail and accuracy, initiative and common sense along with a strong passion and interest in travel. This role needs someone who takes responsibility, accountability and ownership for your role and actions along with takes pride and an interest in your work.
