Accounts Administrator

About the role

Join this well-established North Shore based automotive company where the team work cohesively together, pitching in, helping each other out and sharing ideas to ensure the success of the business is at optimum level. Reporting to the Operations Manager you will assist and support her in the management of the day to day financial activities.

Your typical duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Monthly reconciliations
  • General ledger
  • Month end account preparations
  • Excel reporting
  • Processing vehicle finance application
  • General support to the Operations Manager and surrounding team

Skills & experience 

  • Advanced level of Excel
  • Qualified in Accounting functions
  • Exceptional organisational skills and able to meet deadlines
  • Makes good use of your initiative, and sees opportunities for efficiencies
  • You will be a self-starter, have a positive attitude and be a team player
  • Flexible, adaptable and able to pick up new systems quickly
  • Leadership qualities
  • Experience in the automotive industry ideal (not essential), but most importantly you will have a can-do attitude
