Admin Assistant

This Manager and small close knit team need your proven administration skills and experience to assist and support them. You will be joining a boutique website design, online marketing and graphic design business as their Administrator.

Your role will be busy and varied; the associated day to day duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Assist and support the Manager with a range of administration functions, being his right hand person
  • Preparation of proposals (in conjunction with the Manager)
  • Customer and supplier liaison
  • Database management
  • First point of contact for clients identifying their needs
  • Invoice and credit control
  • Administration
  • Update websites
  • Preparation of meetings
  • Attend meetings in conjunction with the Manager

To be successful in this role we are seeking someone who makes good use of their initiative and common sense, has excellent communication skills, is driven and results orientated whilst having a hunger to learn. Other attributes required include:

  • Articulate, clear and concise communication
  • Strong spelling, grammar and comprehension
  • Solution orientated, thinks outside the square creating innovative solutions
  • Natural multitasker and exceptionally well organised
  • Takes responsibility, accountability and ownership for their role and actions
  • Self-motivated, self-managing, can work autonomously and independently
  • Sharp eye for noting detail and accuracy
  • IT savvy
  • Can do, willing, flexible and adaptable attitude
