Administration Assistant

Join this Ponsonby based company in their modern offices, in a 20 hour per week part time administration role, supporting the office manager with the day to day administration. The company offers a great work life balance in a collaborative and rewarding working environment.

In this varied role you will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager with day to day administration
  • Data entry and filing of invoices
  • Reception duties, meet and greet clients / visitors
  • Make tea and coffee for clients / visitors
  • Set up meeting rooms
  • Unpack weekly shopping
  • Order stationery
  • Maintain kitchen and reception areas

To be suitable for this part-time role you will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Administration experience
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • A willingness to help out where necessary
  • A good sense of humour
  • Nous and common sense
  • A valid New Zealand working visa (no student visas)
