Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Join a down to earth IT support and communications company where no two days will be the same.  You will be involved in all aspects of customer service, sales support and administration where duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service; being the first point of contact for a key Client
  • Facilitation of site contractors
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Respond to and resolve any customer issues
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Update the status of projects

Skills and experience

To be suitable for this busy and varied role it is ideal that you have proven customer support/service experience and strong listening skills.  This IT/Telecommunications company is looking for someone with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-driven, positive with a can-do attitude
  • Professionalism and be able to use your initiative
  • Think quickly on your feet, results orientated
  • Go the extra mile for customers
  • Previous customer service experience
