The Opportunity
This Finance Administrator role (6 month contract) requires a detail-oriented and proactive team player. In this role, you’ll provide essential day-to-day finance support, ensuring accurate and timely processing across a range of financial activities. You’ll play a key role in invoicing, reconciliations, month-end activities, and supporting internal stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily and month-end invoicing processes
- Prepare and process credit notes
- Reconcile credit cards and code expenses accurately
- Review and upload travel expenses
- Allocate costs correctly across projects
- Upload invoices to customer portals
- Complete bank reconciliations and revenue recognition journals
- Prepare revenue recognition and amortisation journals
- Assist with month-end close activities
- Monitor the Finance inbox and respond to queries
About You
You are someone who takes pride in accuracy and reliability, and you enjoy supporting others with clear, timely financial information. And have:
- Previous experience in finance administration, accounts, or similar roles
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using finance/ERP systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to deadlines
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Exposure to month-end processes
- Experience with cloud-based finance systems
