Frontline Administrator

This friendly, outstanding team of Legal specialists need a well-spoken, tenacious, attentive, supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Receptionist.

Reporting to the Office Manager your professionalism, excellent communication skills and warm personality will make you a good fit for this role. To join this established team you will be a positive self-starter and able to undertake the following duties and responsibilities

  • Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and greet clients in a friendly manner
  • Keep the reception area and meeting rooms tidy
  • Provide administration support to the Partners and surrounding team
  • Assist the Office Manager with an array of day to day administrative duties
  • Diary management and travel bookings
  • Opening clients files
  • Maintain the client database
  • Arrange catering for meetings
  • Administration

  • Confident using the Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
