HR Business Partner

This is a true generalist Human Resources management role where leadership coaching, having authentic conversations and leading people development initiatives are critical to the success of the role.

This HR Business Partner position will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources across the New Zealand locations providing business-focused, strategic, and operational Human Resources and Employment Relations advice and support across the business.  You will provide professional and credible support regarding employee/industrial relations, recruitment, talent management, remuneration and benefits, and generalist HR leadership.

As an enthusiastic and business focused HR professional you will thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment, that constantly transforms, to meet new business requirements and initiatives. You enjoy working collaboratively with others, have an extensive HR background with a passion for people and the highest standards of service delivery.  Strong EQ, the ability to challenge views in a professional manner and being a confident leader are all critical requirements for this role. A relevant HR qualification and experience in a similar role is a perquisite.
