HR Business Partner

The HR Business Partner role is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources for the organisation’s 150 staff across their New Zealand locations.   This position will provide business-focused, strategic and operational Human Resources and Employment Relations advice and support across the business. You will provide professional and credible support regarding employee/industrial relations, recruitment, talent management, remuneration and benefits, and generalist HR leadership.

You will play a key role in identifying and promoting innovative ways of working and empowering people management practise that delivers the strategic goals of the business. This is a true generalist Human Resources management role, where leadership coaching, having authentic conversations, and leading people development initiatives are critical to the success of the role.

You enjoy working collaboratively with others, have an extensive HR background with a passion for people and the highest standards of service delivery. With strong EQ, the ability to challenge views in a professional manner, and being a confident leader are all critical requirements for this role. A relevant HR qualification and experience in a similar role is a perquisite.
