Part Time Accounts/Bookkeeper

Wanted … an experienced Accounts/Bookkeeper who is happy to work 3 to 4 days a week for a Media agency based in the city undertaking day to day accounting functions. You will be exceptionally well organised, driven, highly motivated, diligent and has a sharp eye noting detail and accuracy.

In this busy and varied Part time Accounts/Bookkeeper role you will be kept on your toes juggling an array of accounting duties and responsibilities including:

  • Assist and support the Finance Manager
  • All day to day accounting functions
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable
  • Invoicing
  • Reconciliations
  • End of month procedures
  • Credit control
  • Assist with annual audit work and financial statement preparation

To be successful for this role you will hit the ground running, have a willing, can do attitude with the ability to adapt and work as a vital part of this highly successful, hardworking and fun team. You will be transparent and methodical in your approach having high attention to detail and accuracy whilst remaining calm under pressure. Along with having the following skills and experience:

  • Proven Accounts/Bookkeeper skills and experience
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times
