Part time Administrator

About the role

This role is working in a specialised Fire Engineering firm specialising in the construction industry. They have a wealth of knowledge within their field and are going from strength to strength; business is booming.  They are seeking a switched-on proactive Administrator who thrives on undertaking a busy and varied workload. You will be assisting and supporting the Fire Engineers alleviating their administration tasks allowing them to focus on the core elements of the business, your daily duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Load, track, and update jobs in the system
  • Invoice jobs
  • Prepare documents, reports, update spreadsheets
  • Implementation of processes and procedures
  • Document management
  • Administration
  • Update social media platforms
  • Ensure the office operates smoothly in conjunction with the office manager

Skills and experience

To be the successful candidate for this role you will have a strong administration background with the ability to work autonomously and as part of the team. Bringing with you the following skills and experiences:

  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Advanced knowledge of using Word and Excel, quick learner picking up other software packages
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Motivated, supportive, adaptable, and flexible attitude
  • Makes good use of your initiative and common sense
