As the Personal Assistant to the General Manager and surrounding team, you will undertake a wide range of functions, every day will be different and varied; no two days being the same is guaranteed. Duties and responsibilities include:
- Assist and support the General Manager and surrounding team
- Diary, email, and travel management
- Prepare meetings, take minutes, and follow up actions points
- Prepare Excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, documents and reports
- Project work administration
- Event co-ordination
- Stakeholder engagement
To be successful in this role we are seeking an exceptional candidate with superior Personal Assistant and Administration skills and experience, who is thorough, with great attention to detail and accuracy, highly organised and methodical with a positive, can-do, willing, flexible, and adaptable attitude.
