We are seeking an experienced Policy and Procedures Advisor to assess, develop, review, and update existing QMS policies & processes ensuring fit for purpose & comply with legislative & regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong policy background with proven ability to ensure compliance, connectivity, and clarity across organisational frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, develop, and rebuild policy frameworks to ensure all QMS policies are fit for purpose, cohesive, and aligned with organisational programmes.
- Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations by researching, drafting, and updating policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain clear documentation in SharePoint for easy access and usability.
- Implement change management processes, ongoing quality assurance reviews, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide guidance and communication to staff, supporting understanding and adoption of updated policies.
What We Are Looking For:
- Extensive policy development and review experience, with a strong understanding of compliance and governance requirements.
- Ability to interpret legislation and translate it into practical, user-friendly policies.
- Skilled in research, analysis, and drafting policies for complex organisational frameworks.
- Strong capability in systemic thinking and identifying gaps or inconsistencies across policy structures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – able to make complex issues clear and actionable.
