Customer Services Administrator

About the role

Join a reputable ‘supply’ company within the building industry and work for an inclusive Manager who welcomes those with plenty of initiative who is courteous and helpful to customers. Within this busy and varied role your typical day will include the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Accurate and efficient processing of sales orders
  • Respond to and resolve customer issues
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Update and maintain the database
  • Process credit requests
  • Administration
  • Assist and support the surrounding team

Skills and experience

To be suitable for this busy and varied role it is ideal that you have proven customer support/service experience and strong administration skills. This team is seeking a like-minded team player with the following skills and attributes:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Willingness to adapt, must be polite, courteous and helpful to customers
