About the role

In this role you will be supporting two Directors and a small administration team with their day to day administration. You will assist them in providing innovative solutions and support to their clients. This is a busy role, where no two days will be the same, and one that will require you to be both proactive and reactive. You will have full ownership of the role and your support will ensure that the office runs smoothly; enabling the company to meet their business objectives.

The tasks and duties

  • Provide administration support to Director, management and team
  • First point of contact for clients
  • Report preparation, formatting proposals and presentations
  • Liaising with outside organisations
  • Dictation and typing of documents
  • Updating and maintaining the website
  • Liaising with IT and assisting with any IT updates or issues
  • Maintaining and updating systems and templates
  • Ordering stationery and supplies
  • Ensuring compliance is followed throughout
  • Update and maintain records with outside agencies
  • Other ad hoc administration duties as required

Skills & experience

  • Previous proven Personal Assistant experience
  • Experience in accounts or legal industry would be advantageous
  • Have meticulous attention to detail, and strong numerical skills
  • Be a self-starter, who takes ownership of their work whilst supporting others
  • Strong organiser with effective time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Have a flexible can-do attitude, where no task is too bit or too small
  • A mature attitude, proactive nature and common-sense
