In this Project Manager role you will have responsibility, accountability and ownership for a portfolio of government related building/construction projects based in Auckland, from inception to completion. You will lead and manage multiple projects ensuring quality, budgets and timely delivery/completion is adhered too.
To be successful in this role you have proven experience in: managing multiple building/construction projects from inception to completion, budget and financial management, risk management, health & safety compliance, be a confident decision maker, have prepared government compliance reports, be confident leading a team of contractors and sub-contractors.
