We are seeking a Receptionist to join a well-established boutique Legal Firm based in Grey Lynn. You will be based on Reception being the first point of call for all clients, whilst assisting and supporting the surrounding team ensuring the office is running smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Your days will be busy, varied and rewarding. The key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Answer phones in a timely and professional manner
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Email management
  • Open and close legal files
  • Dictaphone and copy typing
  • Mail collection and distribution
  • Prepare correspondence
  • Update client files
  • Prepare settlement payments (training provided)
  • Administration

To be the successful candidate you will have previously worked within a Reception based role bringing your high attention to detail, can do, adaptable and flexible attitude. You will have clear and concise communication, excellent time management, and prioritisation skills and make good use of your initiative.
