Team Administrator

This Onehunga based company has been manufacturing quality products for over 40 years in New Zealand and Australia and continues to have a strong commitment to quality, and service. Due to a busy work load they are now looking for a team administrator to support the sales team and a busy director; assisting them to deliver services to their clients that meet or exceed their requirements.

The key functions of this role will be:

  • Administrative support to the sales team and director
  • Dealing with customer queries, booking in repairs and resolving issues
  • Preparation of quotes and proposals
  • Liaise with internal production team to ensure customer expectations are understood and met
  • Administration

To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

  • Have good all-round administration skills
  • Have a passion for excellent customer service
  • Be proactive and able to think outside the box
  • Experience working in an administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be competent and confident at using databases
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player, but also work well with minimum supervision
  • Have a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Be highly organised and able to work under pressure
